an its attacks on October 8th\, 2023\, the entire hospital moved into its
underground facility and faced the extreme challenges of coping with routi

they both graduated from medical school.\n\nIn August 2016\, Dr. Atalla a
nd his family moved to Nes-Ammim\, a special village founded in 1964 by Eu
ropean Christians as a sign of solidarity with the Jewish people after the
Holocaust. Among its aims and activities\, Nes-Ammim strives to contribut
e to peace-making by organizing seminars of encounter and dialogue between
Israeli Jews and Arabs.\n\nAfter Dr. Atalla graduated medical school in 2
011\, he completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the Bnai Zion Medic
al Center in Haifa in 2016. Dr. Atalla also worked as a Clinical Instructo
