This is an activity designed to help students understand the difficult dilemmas facing those non-Jews who risked their lives during the Holocaust to rescue Jews. They are recognized by Yad Vashem, Israel’s Holocaust Remembrance Center, as the “Righteous Among the Nations.”

Bob Feferman

For the past ten years, Bob Feferman has served as Community Relations Director for the Jewish Federation of St. Joseph Valley.  The focus of his work is advocacy for Israel,  combatting Antisemitsm, and interfaith relations. Prior to his work at the Federation, he taught Social Studies and Language Arts at The Montessori Academy in Mishawaka for twenty years.
