Terry uses the video documentary, “The People Next Door” about local Holocaust Survivors in combination with his mother’s story to link up with the current situation of the “anti-other” that we deal with today.
Terry Tulchinsky
Terry Tulchinsky's mother escaped Nazi Germany in 1937 with her family and came to the United States. Terry has 40 years of experience in education. He taught Social Studies for ten years in the South Bend Community School Corporation and thirty years at Penn High School. Terry is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.A. in American History and has a post graduate degree from IUSB in Public and Environmental Affairs. As a history and government teacher, he was charged with instructing how community teaches lessons to help us understand how we all are linked together. Terry is past President at Temple Beth-El’s Kurt and Tessye Simon Fund for Holocaust Remembrance.
