Join us to explore the intersection between spirituality, history, and policy as it relates to Indiana’s environment.
Featuring perspectives from:
Rabbi Karen Companez has served as Temple Beth-El’s rabbi since 2015. A leader in progressive Judaism, she has been active in Jewish and interfaith organizations in Michiana.
Jon T. Coleman, Andrew V. Tackes Professor of History at Notre Dame, is currently writing a book on the history of the Kankakee River and wetlands, which will be the focus of his talk.
State Representative Ryan Dvorak has represented Indiana House District 8 since 2002. He is a leading legislative expert on renewable energy, environmental and climate policies.
Followed by a dessert reception.
